Primary responsibilities
- Driving Warp towards becoming a viable teams / enterprise product — the northstar metric is team adoption followed by team monetization
- Helping define and iterate on our teams product
- Managing design partnerships with external teams as we iterate on designs
- Helping drive internal product design on our teams features (along with Shikhiu and the engineering team)
- Managing the overall product strategy around teams features, making sure teams features fit well with each other and solve external team needs
- Responsible for launching Warp’s first paid products (post-team traction)
- Helping figure out our monetization model — what we should charge for and at what price
- With the CEO, working closely on all external team and enterprise interactions
- Owing feature prioritization in product roadmap, responsible for driving retention, engagement, and DAU growth
- Managing qualitative feedback channels and making sure feedback is properly prioritized in our roadmap
- Managing the user research/user interview process
- Managing DevX engineers to make sure they are effectively responding to user feedback, surfacing issues to the team, and feeding issues into our issue tracking system
- Managing quantitative feedback channels such as product analytics and customer surveys
- Helping the CEO prioritize our roadmap in light of user feedback
- Helping drive our initial partnership and bizdev efforts

- Marketing or content strategy — this falls to Developer Advocate and Marketing Lead
- Community or influencer programs — this falls to Developer Advocate and Marketing Lead
- Growth engineering — this is going to roll into the general eng team
- Sprint planning and detailed issue triage and management — tbd who owns this
