Responsibilities
- Do everything I can to ensure the overall long-term success of Warp as a product, team and business
- Product, Design & Engineering
- interact regularly with users and customers to understand their needs and how Warp can solve them
- shape the product roadmap with Design, Engineering & Growth teams
- contribute to feature designs to make sure the product we build works great for our users
- weigh in on key engineering decisions to ensure overall product quality and scalability
- Marketing & Brand
- shape and execute on the marketing strategy with the marketing team
- be a thought leader in the developer space by writing and speaking regularly to developer audiences
- make sure that the Warp brand reflects our mission of elevating productivity for all developers
- Growth & Data
- work with the growth team to execute on team and enterprise strategy, define and validate our teams products, come up with the monetization strategy
- help form partnerships and open new business opportunities
- Make sure we have the required data and are making data driven decisions throughout the organization
- People & Ops
- ensure we are hiring the best people at a sustainable pace
- work to close high quality candidates
- help drive our overall recruiting and people strategy
- Work with the ops team to make sure the company functions smoothly from and HR, People, Legal and Finance perspective
- Culture
- set the tone on culture and make sure Warp is an incredible place to work and that the world knows it
- Capitalization & investor relations
- ensure the company has adequate capital to build a great product and team and execute on our vision
- work with existing and new investors to position the company for success
When time allows
- Write some code to stay deep in the product experience - this is still one of my favorite things to do
